Improving economic efficiency advancing reform its are critical priorities for high-quality development industry. Therefore, it crucial edge computing empower green growth.
 OBJECTIVES: The purpose enhance China promote sustainable industry; solve problems severe environmental damage resource consumption application information technology, such as full-area computing, industry, realize combination CIPP education concept promotion.
 METHODS:Firstly, authors find necessity researching model empowered by whole domain using study literature theory; secondly, Author analyzes importance method analyzing model; lastly, measure effectiveness mobile computing.
